I watched the beginning, about five minutes, of the Desantis Newsome debate.
Newsome was confronted with the fact of the large exodus from his state during his administration, and he couldn’t answer the question. He responded first by saying basically he was not racist and he possessed progressive good values unlike mean Republican Desantis. When he was told that he wasn’t answering the question, Gruesome again tried to avoid the question by saying how great California was (still) without dealing with the charge his governance was incompetent.
Newsome was so slimey and repellent that I couldn’t watch anymore.
Desantis’s problem is that he choose to run for president at the wrong time. He has to wait out the Trump drama. He is a good governor.
