An old photo of my father-in-law.

That's my father-in-law in the top row center wearing the light-coloured uniform. He was in the PLA.

That's a really nice photo. Can you provide any details as to his position in the PLA? The PLA has jobs as diverse as munitions to professional dancers. These old photos take you back into history.

Yes, I liked the photo. My wife, who is not up on military terms, tells me that her father was a tank commander. I suppose he was a sergeant or something.
