I was talking to a friend in Winnipeg who told me that there were no mosquitos in Osborne Village because of the meth fumes. She added that these meth fumes came from a tough neighborhood
This got me to thinking what a tough neighborhood in Winnipeg would be during the time of Covid. Was it one where you would get hectored by a Karen if you weren't wearing a mask or social-distancing? Or was it one where the people thought masks or social distancing was nonsense?
