Thoughts on the Passing Scene.
In Moscow, the leaders of China and Russia met; in Ottawa, Mr. Poopy Pants met Mr. Dressup.
The indictment of Trump was political. End of story. I suppose it might be interesting to see how it plays out.
Things cost a little more yuan here.
The security guards at my school give me cigarettes. They saw me smoking cheapies, and they must have felt sorry for me.
To invigilate means to supervise exams.
I spent most of my free time holed up in my apartment in Jiangyin.

I made the gif by first, typing the words into the Notes app on my iPhone. I then took screenshots of the words. I put the pictures into the Splice app so I could join the words together in a video. I uploaded the video to Instagram where I was able to make the colorful effect. I downloaded the colorful video into the ImgPlay app to convert it into the above gif.

Video Podcasts
I love podcasts. I am currently subscribed to 79 of them on the Podbean App,
I am not into video podcasts. Back in my commercial driving days, I loved listening to the Rush Limbaugh and G. Gordon Liddy shows and local talk radio shows. I’ve never seen the reason for making such things with video, So it escapes me when the podcasts I’m listening to are actually talk about whether they should be video or not, I don’t have the time to watch the videos.
Another thing that escaped me was the attraction of Larry King. I listened to his late night radio show before he got on television and I thought he was boring. His becoming the big celebrity was bemusing to me.

Succession Season 3
I just finished rewatching the first three seasons of the Succession series, just in time for the start of Season 4 which takes place on March 23rd.

Grading
I’ve been doing a lot of that at my school these days. It’s so time consuming,
I’ve been binge watching the first three seasons of Succession in anticipation of the fourth season which debuts later this March. I cross my fingers that the show does go off the deep end with wokery.
Teaching English Literature to kids whose English isn’t all that good, certainly is a quixotic endeavor.
I find I’m losing my keen interest in following current events. I can’t see any hope. The leaders of the West are determined to be stupid. The media is incapable of presenting alternative viewpoints. The governments seem dead set on not letting the people have nice things.
I never want my family to have EV’s. They’re the work of the devil. And besides, the climate is fine.
