Maybe it was lunch and they were too busy. Still, I would have been willing to wait. Tony as well.
But they insisted on our using a phone app to order our sandwiches. The first time they ever asked me to do this. For decades, I have been used to having the staff person make it in front of me. When we protested, they instead had a clerk write down what we wanted. That wouldn’t do either. We said “F it!”
Another example of how Smart Phones are destroying life.
I will give the Subway restaurant one more chance. If they insist on having me use the App, I’m never going back.
