I’ve just finished reading it. A good book, I thought.
Times have certainly changed. The subjects of some of Tucker’s articles seem quaint now: Hunter S. Thompson, John McCain running for president, James Carville, and Al Sharpton in Liberia. A few of these pieces couldn’t be written now because Tucker, good guy he has always been, is too toxic for leftists to even have a conversation with.
And to think Tucker write an article for the New York Times!
Boy! How times have changed!
