Am I giving into my instincts when I withdraw from others?
Told me to come they did, but no instructions. I couldn’t be bothered to ask them.
‘Are you also a teacher here?’ she asked with a smile. I said ‘yes’ and walked past — dumb on my part, although I knew it was when I did it. My instinct was to be depressed and stand-offish.
