Didn’t sleep well last night. Have had bad insomnia since leaving the hospital. 1:00 AM, 2:00 AM, 3:00 AM, I can’t sleep.

Finished reading The Great Shark Hunt by Hunter S. Thompson. A fun read but politically, HST can be hyperbolic in his preferences.
Finished reading Learning the Virtues that lead you to God by Romano Guardini. An uplifting and thought provoking book.
I extended my Hallow streak to 15.
Realized how selfish I’ve been with family, both here and in Canada. I should elaborate, but won’t.
Contemplated the state of Ireland. What happened to it? It’s no longer the culture I found fascinating..,
