I went to school. Threw out some papers. I saw Tony. My wife phoned me. I had to pick up a package of steaks. We’ll eat them tonight. From school I went for the steaks. I then took the bus to a pagoda in downtown JJ. I thought I had the App set up so that I could pay the fare using the phone. It didn’t work but I had coins on me as backup. At the pagoda, I took photos (see my Substack) and two quote videos. I then walked to a 85 for bread and a cold ice tea which was cold unlike yesterday. I walked to Yaohan mall. Ran into a student who graduated from our school last year. Couldn’t remember her name. She was pretty, dolled up but my reaction was bee eye itch. I asked her what school she was going to. She said Hong Kong. She asked me if I was still working at the school. I gave a muddled answer. Should have said I was practically done. She abruptly said bye. Whew! I thought. I shopped at the Yaohan supermarket. Purchased peanuts and Pringles. Walked to S1 train station. Long the way, I walked through a park and saw a church. Took the train to the Jiangyin station. Went to the bus stop. Got on 206 and again the app didn’t work. Thankfully, coin on hand. Now at the apartment. Beer.
