Saturday in Wuxi, when I was going about my busyness, I saw too many people wearing masks.
What do I mean by too many? There were enough people wearing masks that I noticed, and it struck me that too many people were wearing masks,
I saw this foreigner behind me in a checkout line wearing a mask, and I thought that that was a foreigner I didn’t want to talk to, but I did look back at him with a look of contempt.
They say that Covid is still a thing in Wuxi and Jiangyin. And yet life goes on. If they hadn’t lockdowned in the first place, we wouldn’t be living and suffering in the aftermath of the panic. Life would have went on.
