8:41 AM View: Some of the photos I took this morning

I’ve driven my wife to work, drank a pot of coffee, and gone for a walk on which I took photos.  Hurray!  I know you’re saying.

I’m listening to this podcast:

It originates out of Alberta.  I like listening to it.  It’s very Canadian. It understands MAGA,  It goes off on tangents about hockey.  It is dissidentish.  It does claim that the Liberal Party of Canada is in the pockets of the Chinese Communist Party.

What to make of this claim?  I don’t know.  I’m reluctant to go on board with it and use it as a reason to base the Liberals.  I have had one fellow from the local government make a point of telling me he hated Trudeau, but I never got into the details of why he did.  I do know a Canadian who is completely sold on China and says he has no desire to move back to Canada.  From these anecdotes, I see nothing here that supports the claim.  But I ignore the local politics anyway, so I can’t tell you what China is doing these days.

Here are some photos I took this morning.

I took the above photo to prove I was in Wuxi.

I took the above photo, of an another building in the apartment community, from the 27th floor elevator lobby that is not next to my apartment.

Taking the elevator, I wasn’t sure as to what I was going to take photos of; but when I got outside, I got an idea.

I went to a spot on street level that was below the veranda of our apartment.

I first took photos of our building.

The 27th floor veranda window is on the left side.

I’ll now take a photo of the street level spot from the 27th floor.

I stood in the gap between the two rows of trees at the bottom of the photo.

Standing there, I took photos of what I would normally look at from the 27th floor.

The sun wasn’t placed properly in the sky for my purposes.

I then walked to the sports field.  I will publish the photos I took there in my next entry.
