I had plans this morning for what I was gonna do after dropping off Penelope — Sorry! I mean my wife Jenny — at work. But Jenny had plans for me.
I was to move stuff from the old Wuxi apartment to the new. The stuff was behind the rose colored door. I always hated the rose colored door! The closet was always overloaded with too much stuff. To put something into the closet was to bury it forever. To find something in the closet was an odyssey. I had to find the thing — not easy — and then try to leave everything in the order which my wife had left it; not easy. My wife wanting me to move stuff from behind the rose colored door brought back bad memories.
To get into the old apartment, I had to open the electronic door opener and closer. When I first tried it, I couldn’t get the keypad where I was to enter the passcode to appear. Boy, did I curse! Finally, I got the keypad to appear but then I got the passcode backwards. More frustration….
Anyway, I’m finally done. Not so great being on the 27th floor at these times.
I did manage to take photos and make a video
I did go to the sports center near the new apartment to make a here and there video,
