I rewatched Tremors. I was inspired to because of a write-up I saw about it on the Marc Steyn website.
I remember it being a fun horror movie. Rewatching it, I saw my memory hadn’t played tricks on me. The film was filled with lighthearted, salt of the earth MAGA types. My favorite characters were the survivalist couple with an extensive collection of firearms and explosives. They came in handy at end when a fight had to be had with the worm monsters ravaging an American desert town.
They don’t make movies like that anymore, alas. The gun lovers would surely have been replaced by diversity and inclusion.
