Half day at school today. I’ll be going to a school staff dinner this evening so I might as well get the second view out of the way now.
I got a sore heel and a sore wrist band a sore back and a sore need and pain where my hernia is. But really I can’t complain.
Listening to a podcast with Collum, Luongo & Havenstein. Great fun!

Yesterday was Winter Solstice. I never thought about till it was too late.
I have one class today: it will be after lunch. Then at 5:00 PM, there will be a holiday staff dinner.
This Christmas weekend will be nothing special. I’m just going to be planning for next week. A couple of weeks ago, I mentally resigned myself to this weekend being a work weekend and Christmas Day being a work day. Thankfully, all of China will have this mindset.
Not to say that I won’t be marking the birth of the son of God, The Santa thing I’ll stay away from,

I’m up a little later today because I don’t have a class till mid morning.
I learned about that horrible Colorado court decision last evening. Trying to save democracy? eh? I tweeted about the decision and got a response from someone who reposte was to ask what if Obama did it? I didn’t take the bait because so many wrong assumptions were built into that question that it wasn’t worth responding to except with a question : Obama did what?
I also learned on a Meghan Murphy podcast about the Coutts Four: Canada’s equivalent of January 6th political prisoners. Justice eh?
