If my blogspot dashboard is to be believed, this blog had 139,908 page views yesterday (Saturday). Where is the interaction and the hundreds of comments and emails? Hmmm?!?
When things seem perilous, as they do now for me, one has to stay busy and concentrate on small things.
The local drivers always annoy me. Which ones annoyed me most in the last 24 hours? There was the driver in front of me who did not make any turn signals as I followed into the apartment community parking garage. And there was the driver who couldn’t stick to the lanes as they turned onto the ramp below as I was turning on to the ramp from above. I make a point of staying in my lane at entrance points, unlike the typical impatient local driver who cuts into the lanes of a vehicle approaching from the opposite direction.
One should never expect politics to solve one’s problems or to alleviate one’s troubles. It be like a sports team winning a championship would improve its fans’ lives
