People’s Congress

 The big people’s congress started today.  I learned after the fact when someone asked me if I was paying attention to it. I had to admit I wasn’t.

I did see that Eleven hadn’t been taken by a coup.

Someone thought that all the Chinese flags on display everywhere were on account of the congress taking place.  I had assumed that they hadn’t been taken down yet from the National Day holiday.
