An Arch in the Area of My Jiangyin Apartment

 

I went for a bike ride Sunday.  This arch o’ pillars had caught my attention, so I wanted to explore it.

There is an image of someone on this monument.  Guess who?

Yes. The Chairman.  Believe it or not, but one rarely sees images of Chairman Mao in China.  Or at least not as often as you expect.
